I’ll start with the positive, the location is great. Very close to all the shops and beautiful beach clubs and restaurants. It’s also quite nice to have a relaxing pool to hang at when you don’t feel like navigating the busy streets or beach club reservations. Although I will say the bartenders at the pool seemed like they had never made a drink or opened a bottle of wine in their lives and could use some bar training. They were very sweet but I could tell they were very overwhelmed in their position which is the fault of management in my opinion. Overall I do feel that the staff were trying their best to provide good service but they were severely understaffed and many of them were either inadequately trained or expected to do many jobs at one time which resulted in mass confusion and slow service. If you called down to reception or tried to have anything brought up to the room it never showed up so everything was basically self serve or you’re out of luck. The rooms were fairly spacious but unfortunately when we upgraded to a larger room the air conditioning was either broken or not strong enough to actually cool down the area of the room that the bed was in so we were terribly hot all night and did not sleep well at all. The slow service and outdated rooms and decor I can live with but the poor air conditioning and lack of a restful sleep really made our stay a lot less enjoyable. I hope the air conditioning in the larger rooms gets serviced soon so guests can have a restful sleep instead of sweating all night long.

Horrible, from the start. I contacted the hotel beforehand and told them that I have a big car wide and tall. I told them it’s a g63 Brabus so I need special parking and if they could supply with it. They told me ofcourse and soon I booked the suite for 7 days. When I come there the parking is 1,8m tall and my car is 2,3m tall. They told me that it was my problem that I didn’t send measurements but I clearly told them what car it was and they searched it up. When talking with the ladies in the lobby they were extremely rude and told me to park in a garage 12 minutes away and walk and stop being a crybaby. Soon as a punishment they told me that I had to wait 10 minutes for my room. I waited and got up. To get to the suite there is only 1 elevator that goes that far up AND the elevator stops on every floor down and up. Takes it 5-10 minutes to go up to the room or down. Crazy how this hotel can have such high reviews. Talked with 3 other customers and all were extremely upset with their visit.

We stayed two nights at Neho Suites. Cannes Croisette. The location, the structure, and the room are definitely positive points. Unfortunately, the reception service was decidedly inadequate and compromised the experience. Traveling with a small dog, I had arranged with the staff to facilitate cleaning: I would return from the beach at lunchtime to take him out. At the desk, I was told that it would take 20-30 minutes to clean the room once we left. For safety, I stayed outside for about an hour. Upon returning, I was asked to wait another 20 minutes because "they were finishing up." At that point, I went up to the room and discovered that they hadn't even entered. A truly unprofessional situation. I once again pointed out the problem and requested that the room be cleaned by evening. At 7:00 PM, we returned and found everything still dirty: the bed was unmade and the towels had not been changed. In their place, there were two tiny jars of honey with a note of apology. An inappropriate gesture, considering that a basic service was missing. After yet another complaint, the room was finally cleaned. I lost almost two hours over something normal, in addition to the time taken away from a day at the beach club. For a 4-star hotel, this is an unacceptable service failure. It would have taken little to make up for the inconvenience caused. What a shame.
