Port Prestige

A truly beautiful residence, featuring architecture by Christian de Portzamparc, inspired by Andalusian buildings (oasis style), which does not leave one indifferent. An extraordinary location on the Vauban port, in immediate proximity to the Marenda-Lacan district, very close to shopping streets, restaurants and bars, the Provençal market, and the train station. Equipped with a very large swimming pool, a spacious basin - overlooking the port at the upper level - with a waterfall and two hot tubs. Rare in old Antibes! A magnificent garden, with palm trees, jasmines, laurels, and cypresses. Apartments that are rather small, but very well arranged. Take the time to choose yours carefully, depending on its location (seafront, garden, or street). Some even have a jacuzzi. Parking is a real plus in this neighborhood (it could, however, use a fresh coat of paint and better lighting...). Absolutely lovely and professional staff on site. The reception and maintenance teams (of the apartments and the residence) are attentive, very responsive, and efficient. Familiar with this residence, one can see a true takeover of the site, which, although not new, remains very attractive. We will return, as always with pleasure. Thank you for this stay.

Noisy apartment despite repeated request for calm for the elderly. Trainees unable to return change, did not know how to count! Home perfect man but woman in white to see again! No double glazing

Great location for both the Old town and train/bus services. Communication with property leading up to arrival professional and helpful. Arrival perfect, given a passcode to enter and leave suitcases secure until check in time. Reception staff warm and friendly. Room missed a plug for the bath, I mentioned it and said I’d call back in the morning. Half an hour later a man knocked on the door with a brand new plug which I’m sure they’d just purchased from a shop. Apartment perfect with view of distant Alps across the port. Bed comfortable and lounge/kitchen adequate for a great holiday. Even had a dishwasher. Only minor issue was the shower head didn’t stay up, which may have meant a room move so decided to to live with it because our view was perfect. I’m sure they’d have sorted it if asked. Exceptionally clean on arrival. I would definitely recommend this property and will use again next time I visit the area
