Residence Maeva Villa Livia

Nice residence, quiet. Not suitable for families, no outdoor space apart from the pool. Insufficient maintenance, interior and common areas.

The small residence of around forty apartments was renovated this winter and all the apartments are like new. The bathroom, the kitchen have been redone and now there is air conditioning in all the apartments. I was in apartment number 20 on the 4th floor which is composed of a living room allowing sleeping for 2 people, a bedroom with a large bed for 2 people and a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds so in total a capacity of 6 beds. There is also a terrace with an oval table allowing lunch outside for 6 people in the shade of an awning and a view of the sea and not overlooked. The swimming pool at the foot of the building is just wonderful, nestled in a quiet Mediterranean garden with numerous deckchairs and parasols for everyone. The beach is accessible on foot in 10 minutes. A covered parking space (so in the shade!) within the residence secured by gates with code access ensures a peaceful vacation. The center of Cannes is 10 minutes by car but people without a car can take the bus just outside the residence, a 5-minute walk away, which is located at the corner of Avenue de Font de Veyre and Avenue du Docteur Raymond Picaud. Families with babies and young children will be delighted because the location is very convenient. I recommend this apartment which is one of the most pleasant thanks to its volume and the view of the sea in absolute calm.
