Residence Pierre et Vacances Cannes Verrerie

Disastrous... apartment infested with cockroaches, no help to find a new room in another facility (at PIERRE et VACANCES they didn't have any free ones), wandering at night in search of a hotel, which I paid 165 euros for one night, and I still haven't seen a refund... Two of us (there were four of us) had to return to PIERRE, because at the Ibis they didn't have any more rooms.. The new apartment provided the next morning... an attic with a constant 38 degrees day and night, impossible to have lunch or dinner, too hot... so always at the restaurant.. I am an owner in Paris, I have exchanged many times, but I have NEVER encountered such a dilapidated and neglected facility... it is very large, but half of the elevators were not working.. Too bad, because the city of Cannes is worth it..

cancelled 2 x weeks pre cannes marketing festival and not charging 3 times the price for a bigger room........

We made a reservation, which we canceled on the same day, we have been charged and we are still waiting for the refund.
