A warm and ultra-professional welcome (thanks to Charleene) and to the hotel valets. It is a very pleasant place and the rooms are magnificent. The decor is well-maintained with both Eastern and modern trends.
The service at the bar and pool leaves something to be desired (towels on the loungers that belong to no one, suggesting that someone is there, and glasses left in the sun for hours without being picked up). The breakfast servers are not very customer-oriented. However, this place is really great, just a few improvements needed to reach an excellent rating of 5/5. Wishing you all the best. For your information, the restaurant L’or Bleu with a MOF chef is worth a visit.
