A warm and ultra-professional welcome (thanks to Charleene) and to the hotel valets. It is a very pleasant place and the rooms are magnificent. The decor is well-maintained with both Eastern and modern trends. The service at the bar and pool leaves something to be desired (towels on the loungers that belong to no one, suggesting that someone is there, and glasses left in the sun for hours without being picked up). The breakfast servers are not very customer-oriented. However, this place is really great, just a few improvements needed to reach an excellent rating of 5/5. Wishing you all the best. For your information, the restaurant L’or Bleu with a MOF chef is worth a visit.

Definitely a disappointing place with no requirement. Concierge does not exist. Ignored requests and evasive responses. Pool and beach: no service + look years 90.. very close sea (beautiful) without good possibilities to enjoy (a sebosa staircase - dangerous to have access) towels thrown in a cage in the corner. Rooms: good size + great balcony. Dark moves and old fabrics. Great a/c. Bathroom: good size + good shower. Enormous Pia - no room for products Breakfast: sad! Weak td presentation. Low quality products. Bad machine coffee. Careless waiters + nothing efficient Parking ✅ Not worth the value. A wanna be... chaterrimo! Irritating. Boring.

LOVED our stay here. Perfect riveria stay. Food was great - all our meals were delicious. The pool was wonderful and access to the med was ideal. Our rooms were spacious with wonderful private outdoor space and views of the water. We were happy to be there even though the airline lost our luggage, so I think that says a lot! We will be back.
