Residence Carre Marine

residence on the small island in the center of La Napoule in a quiet area upon arrival, the receptionist, quite busy and speaking exclusively French (which in my opinion is quite serious), explained to us in three minutes what we would find and the basic procedures without much of a welcome, even though it was 5:30 PM (reception closes at 7:30 PM). the property is quite anonymous with no staff present. the pool is cute, not very clean, without a lifeguard, and requires an entry pass. cameras everywhere, a positive aspect. apartments (without bath and bed linens, for a fee of 80 euros for 6 days) are spacious, perhaps a bit in need of renovation because they are quite old and the air conditioning vents need cleaning. nice terrace on the canal. well-kept garden. children's play area constantly blocked by cars passing through and, in any case, of little significance. Very narrow underground parking spaces, so door dings on the sides are like rain.. No refreshment points or vending machines, not even for a bottle of water. Laundry room with a mini washing machine at 7 euros per wash At the end of the stay, cleaning is required under penalty of an unspecified fine Let's say we didn't have a bad time, but we definitely won't be back Rating 6.5

We love coming with family, it is a quiet and peaceful place with a view of the marina which is amazing..

Spacious apartment, functional and very well equipped. Superb location and view. Very nice swimming pool. Private parking is a plus. Cons: lack of maintenance and customer services of this small residence.
