It’s a very good budget hotel at the heart of Nice. 2 minutes walk to the shopping area, 10 minutes walk to the beach and old town, 2 minutes walk to the tram station to/from airport. The room is basically equipped with everything. It may be not so comfortable for a long stay, but for 1-3 night is quite acceptable.

I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend: I am one who has no big pretensions, private bathroom and a certain cleanliness. The hotel is very normal, located in a position that allows you to get to the main square in five minutes walk. A great plus is the free towel service that they make available to go to the beach. I did not use breakfast, there are multiple bars nearby.

I had booked a superior room, with a larger double bed than the square and a half,.with street views, as written and guaranteed on the reservation. I am given a courtyard view room with a small bed,.after complaints is given the next day another room, street view. With a bed as the right size. no discount was applied for the inconvenience. The next day when we went down to the reception we were told to leave the luggage.in the room that they thought of it, but the waitress made us carry the suitcases in the new room, which was not ready so they remained.uncostudite in the corridor,.between staff do not even speak. No discount was applied even though we had paid more money for the requested room..new room with broken wardrobe that risked falling on us
