What a dump! Not a fan at all. Plus the air condition is crap. I sweated all night. Would never come back here! The staff are not that nice.

The most frustrating part of my stay was dealing with the two ladies at the reception. Their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was a simple confusion about the checkout time, and even though we paid extra for 2hours and our first words were polite and apologetic, they literally scolded us for being two hours late. It felt like being treated by a strict teacher rather than being helped as a guest. Even before this incident, there was no smile, no greeting, and no basic courtesy from these two ladies. Good customer service starts with basic respect, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Very central hotel, nice clean room and very comfy bed. There is a small bar off reception and a big dining room for breakfast. My breakfast was included but don’t know if that was the same for everyone. The staff are lovely. Very reasonable rate considering where it is (not far from the Negresco but about a fifth of the rate)! Handy for a long walk along the prom by the sea.
