Rental from May 24, 2026, to May 31, 2026 Disappointed with this apartment hotel No door stoppers in the room doors; they slam when another room door closes, a click-clack bed that creaks a lot when lying down, no possibility to swim in the pool due to lack of maintenance upon our arrival, which unfortunately was only done at the end of our stay, the wooden slats of the pool are very worn and dangerous, the pool restroom is dirty, outdoor trash bins are very dirty, and it is impossible to reach the reception by phone. Positive point: beach and shops nearby, and parking included in the rental, but quite narrow for large cars

Disaster shortened stay at Crystal Residence (Appt A204). The accommodation is simply indecent: a sofa bed for children broken and revolting dirt (large yellow halos, filthy cover), sticky floor, dishes unusable. In addition to the unhygienic condition, the establishment uses deceptive commercial practices: we were presented with a fait accompli on arrival to pay a linen fee of approximately 50€ for 2 people , an unfair practice already reported by other guests. Add to that a deafening hot water balloon in the room that prevents any rest. The head of the office noted the set of visual disturbances, confirming the failure to deliver adequate housing (Art. 1719 of the Civil Code). We require a full refund. Go your way!
