Hello Here is the experience of several guests at this small one-star hotel, although one cannot expect much given the price, still they could check their equipment as the items that arrived in the room do not work, the coffee maker needs to be replaced, the microwave does not work, the refrigerator needs repair as well as the door, and the air conditioning was not working well but it has been repaired; the only things that currently work are the air conditioning and the bed, which is very good, so I would say the experience was very average, even bad.

A star because less nn you can. Positive only proximity center and cleanliness, the rest..... Microscopic chamber, sofa by IKEA used as beds, missing bedside tables, socket nearest 3m from the bed, Drain conditioner in the sink, smells from the pipes, really a jug!!!! And finally: attached to the elevator ... but just adjacent and the back of the bed we almost take it on the head ..... It has a star but also exaggerated... E nn ti regala nulla!!! I would say never again....

The stuff at this hotel is very unprofessional. I had my booking for April 2020, but due to the lockdown I was not able to travel. All the hotels and airlines were updating their customers on their bookings, but I have not received a word from this hotel about my booking cancellation and they even charged me for my booking in April full price with no voucher or refund offer. There has been no way to reach out to them either. I have called, sent emails, left voice messages and even to this day they do not respond. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anybody
