Good value for money. Quiet residence at least in this season, well located to do many things on foot (shopping, waterfront walks).... Nearby public transport (bus) to Nice,Cannes ...

Walking distance to the beach and cycling (ov) distance the beautiful cities of Nice / Antibes / Cannes and Monaco and even Italy is accessible. Excellent location. The interior of the apartments are not up-to-date this should be supervised critically

Pros:Clean accommodation, well equipped kitchen, refrigerator, comfortable room bed, terrace, swimming pool with sunbeds available and basement parking. Well located to visit the area. Supermarket in 2 steps. Cons: you can hear planes and car traffic early in the morning the same window closed. The living room sofa is not comfortable and the terrace table is to be changed (bring a tablecloth because the table is very dirty). Welcoming room to refresh and corridors tristounets.
