Best Western Premier Le Dormeur Du Val

I stayed for three weeks in June 2026 at the Dormeur du Val Hotel as part of a professional mission. I would like to warmly thank the owners and the entire team for the quality of their welcome. From my arrival and throughout my stay, I found people who were particularly attentive, available, and always eager to help. Their kindness and commitment greatly contributed to making this stay very pleasant. I benefited from a comfortable room, perfectly maintained, and offering services that fully meet the standards of a four-star establishment. The accommodation conditions allowed me to work in a calm and serene environment. I also had my lunches and dinners at the hotel every day. I appreciated a varied, well-prepared, appetizing, and quality cuisine, with constant attention to customer satisfaction. Beyond the comfort of the places, it is especially the human quality of the welcome that deserves to be highlighted. The attentiveness, availability, and professionalism of the owners make this establishment particularly recommendable. I sincerely thank them for these three weeks spent in excellent conditions and extend my congratulations for the work accomplished.

Superb experience, the team is very welcoming. The bed is very comfortable, it is clean, good quality linens and toiletries! The dinner and breakfast are very, very good. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here for three nights. Very close to the main train station. Hence very convenient location close to all sights and amenities. Design is modern by choice. I had a double room which was clean, extremely well set up, with everything one would need (water, coffee, tea, nice bathroom amenities). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a shower curtain which I do not like. The blinds were shut as both windows would overlook the outside patio. Breakfast was good. We had dinner twice and liked our meal on both occasions. Would definitely return if I am back for business in Charleville.
