Reviews Search in reviews Giulia Gaudio 1/5 3 days ago on Google While passing through Carcassonne, we chose to spend a night in this hotel. Upon waking, we noticed that a rodent was likely present since our suitcase had been rummaged through; the mesh of the suitcase was completely torn, and some clothes were nibbled on... We reported this to the management, who claimed to have had a pest control specialist check the premises following our visit, stating that no signs of rodents had been found, and therefore our belongings must have already been damaged before our arrival... They never agreed to provide us with proof of this professional's visit and refused any form of communication after that. A disgrace for this hotel in terms of security/hygiene, but also in terms of responsibility and handling issues when they arise. Not to mention the cleanliness of the premises and the rooms, which were more than neglected, with mold everywhere in the corners of the walls and in the shower room. We recommend that you flee rather than stop here even for a night.

A shameful cleanliness level is not just a little dust under the bed but huge clumps of dust on the tv also bathroom with hair on the edge of the bathtub a dirty toilet glass or have still may have seen the result of previous guests u and coffee cup improperly washed in short a disgusting t2 I was with my wife and my son we didn't even dare wash in the morning on. Toilet also we decided to shorten our stay so much the. Disgust is immense to flee really unless you like to live in dirt and of course we did by our discontent at the reception which incidentally did not seem at all surprised by all this....

Location and quality at very good prices, a good apartment, uncomfortably bedding and some dust are to be noted in off season.
