Hotel clean. Very poor breakfast. Possible to eat cold hard-boilled eggs, most of the food is cold.The spoon is too short to pick up jam from a tall cup. The staff is moving the baguettes by - I saw minimally two persons who held them in their hands, this was done in front of quests - no hygiene... Drinks are offered to drink from PLASTIC cups, at room plastic cups...

The worst hotel I've stayed in ever.. 1. Poor breakfast (nothing to eat), breakfast area was always crowded with Chinese people so that to get a cup of coffee or even hot water you need to wait 10 minutes and stay in a long queue. 2. Only 1 cleaning per week was included (which is already nonsense compare to other hotels) and no cleaning AT ALL was really done during my 2 week stay. You need to carry waste by yourself to the street waste containers. 3. Far from Strasbourg and Entzheim Aeroport as well.. If you don't have car or bike it is quite a big problem. 4. Employees at the reception speak very poor English. 5. A lot of little issues in the room: bathroom door lock was broken, toilet paper holder was broken, empty shower gel bottle, no shower curtain and wrong floor level => water was not going directly to waste but everywhere in the bathroom, underpants were found from the previous inhabitants of this room. I'm honestly don't recommend to stay here.. There are a lot of nice hotels with much much better service in nearby villages (for example in Obernai, Molsheim, etc).

Good things first: + it's very close to the airport, that was the reason why I booked it + the rooms look nice BUT: - the whole floor didn't have water on both evenings/nights when I was there! - the fan in bathroom is running all the time, which is VERY annoying in the night - my room wasn't cleaned during the two days I definitely don't come back again.
