Friendly staff, excellent location and good rooms. The hotel is right near the rain station so perfect place to say. Staff were friendly at reception, at breakfast and on checkout. The room was deceptively large and the bathroom well appointed. Breakfast was a good variety of food. Great base for exploring.

Room reserved for 2 nights for my parents aged 80 and 83. Warm welcome, easy installation, comfortable room, key (no electronic opening by card or smartphone), pleasant breakfast room. Ideal for elderly people (and for others) who prefer analog to digital. A true refuge just steps from the train station.

Unfortunately, we stayed in this hotel for only one night, and thank goodness for that. We were assigned a triple "room" of about 4 square meters located in an uninhabitable attic: the space was so cramped and the ceiling so low that we had to move one at a time. The bathroom was embarrassing, practically integrated into the room and so small that it was inaccessible for anyone who is not of slender build. As if that were not enough, to reach the fifth floor, the elevator only goes to the fourth, forcing us to continue on foot through the stairs and a nauseating smell that pervades the entire structure. It is shameful to sell as a hotel room what should be a storage closet for brooms. One star is far too much.
