LE GRAND

Wonderful location opposite the station and spotless rooms. We upgraded to Deluxe Double and well worth the money. For some reason our air con turned off in the night and with temperatures of 34c, that was a pain. I woke up hot and reset the air con every night! No bar but we sat in reception playing cards and brought in our own wine, no one told us off, reception staff too charming and helpful. If I came back to Strasbourg I would happily stay here.

Hotel located right next to the train station, therefore in a strategic position to visit Strasbourg. The historic center is a few minutes away on foot. The hotel has a partner car parking lot at a very affordable price. Very kind and helpful staff, rich breakfast. The room was spacious and with the right furniture, very clean, with a kettle and air conditioning, a large bathroom with double sinks and a huge shower.

Just across from rail station, so great if you are travelling like that. Rooms are a good size and have good bathrooms. No kettle should you want to make tea/coffee in the morning. The breakfast in the morning was very good and plenty of seating. You are really close to the historic area too, a ten/fifteen minutes to the beautiful cathedral and easy to explore the wonderful historic streets.
