Apart from the size of the rooms, ours was a double bedroom suite, everything else was just mediocre.
First of all, the location:
The hotel advertises its location like being two steps away from the centre but in reality the distance you need to walk to get to Kleber square is way longer. Walking in the cold with two young children took us about twenty minutes at best.
The staff:
The members of the staff weren't special either. Not rude but not polite either. You couldn't feel welcome, important or that you matter anything to them. Some of them weren't even able to speak English adequately.
The breakfast:
It was just average and you had to pay extra for it.
The cleanness:
Apart from changing towels we haven't seen any other sings of cleaning the room during our entire stay. We stayed for three nights. The floor at some point got filthy.
Furthermore, i am convinced that some of the other guests were smoking in their rooms. The corridor leading to our room had that smoking smell all the time but the management couldn't care less.
Finally, the strangest thing of all. There was a venting machine which we used at the beginning of our stay to buy water. At some point we asked to change a note to use the coins for the machine. The staff member told us he could not do that. Thank you for that. Very helpful. Then, the next day when we have already bought all the 3-4 bottles that were available, the machine was never refilled so we couldn't have access to drinking water. When we asked if there is any other way to buy or to drink water at the hotel the receptionist told me where to go outside the hotel and buy some. Thanks again! Cheers!
Now i want you to answer me this: What kind of a hotel in the world cannot provide drinking water to its guests in any way (free or for a fee)? I really wonder.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. You could find other better ones, closer to the centre and in the same price.

I’ve spent almost 3 weeks there on business trip. There were two of us meant to share the room which was annoying itself, when trying to ask a non English speaking receptionist for a second blanket (looked more like a prison guard) several times during our stay, he always refused to. Altogether we could have met someone from around the reception like 3 times for the whole stay.
Towels were changed every day, waste once per 3 days 🤮🤮🤮, people were putting it behind their doors in the corridors where it kept smelling for at least two days.
Strange figures were strolling around the closed reception, day and night, walking in and out, sitting in couches a playing with phones.
The room was really basically equipped, no bottle opener, just two small 100cl glasses, 2 plates...forget to cook anything (or get some strong detergent and spend the time on washing the dishes or the whole kitchen). Small fridge with very low cooling power.
The location is quite central, but right there it truly feels like accommodation for immigrants somewhere in the suburb of Rio de Janeiro = old&cheap&heavy atmosphere.
Oh and btw.... the air conditioning unit above the entrance door is just a decoration 😉

The room is very dusty. And there still chewing gum in the table when we enter the room.. and the dining table is very dirty and dusty. needs more improvement in service most spectacularly in cleanliness . But the place is good near in train station and in grand place.
