Rude and unhelpful staff and dirty hotel

Staff at the front desk could not hold a conversation without getting into hysteria and raising their voices to a normal guest request, eg check out at 13.00hrs Considering that we only checked in late night before we did not hold the room the required 24 hours rental period Upon request to late check out the young lady first agreed to 13.00hrs and then changed her mind - to tell us in an aggressive tone how bad her day was so far ?? How does this a client - not sure I would call this hospitality … Towels worn out No service to room / change bed / clean / replacement of amenities for any stay shorter than 7 nights ??? And this is a certified 4 star hotel ???

We stayed for 5 days in this facility, taking advantage of the location for a tour of Provence. The apartment was comfortable and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very large bathroom, definitely above European standards. Very good cleanliness and friendly staff. Convenient and spacious covered parking. The location of the facility is very convenient to the city center and reachable with a short walk. Perhaps the only downside was the very cramped outdoor area of the apartment, which was poorly maintained and a bit dirty. Our accommodation was adjacent to an archaeological dig, and perhaps the lack of cleanliness was exacerbated by dust from the excavations. Aside from this small detail, I would definitely return. Delightful town.
