Escale Oceania Aix En Provence

The experience lasted 1 hour, we fled. A most deplorable welcome.

very good hotel, highly recommended, we will return with pleasure perfect breakfast friendly and available staff

A somewhat frustrated stay at this hotel. We arrived at the front desk, and there was no one there for a while until we finally had someone to speak with who apologized for their delay, which was due to a small problem they had to resolve but which had no impact on our stay. Fair enough, until we went up to the room and noticed that there was no water, neither in the bathroom nor in the toilet. So that was the small, inconsequential problem that, incidentally, also prevented us from enjoying the establishment's restaurant, unless we were satisfied with a frozen pizza reheated in the microwave. The problem was resolved late in the afternoon, which allowed us to still enjoy the pool, around which a dark gray surface that had become scorching hot is not the best of ideas. The breakfast the next morning was nothing exceptional, with an employee who seemed completely overwhelmed (tables not cleaned, no more silverware available, empty baskets...). I do not particularly recommend it.
