Ibis Aix en Provence Hotel

Very welcoming staff but lacking the resources to have a good stay. Dirty ventilation (see photos), trash cans not emptied, breakfast restocking slow (but nothing is related to the staff who do what they can with the number they are). Thanks to the staff!

It is an Ibis, so you have to start from the simple and Spartan idea, but this hotel pleasantly surprised me. Beautiful common areas, small but super cute and well-maintained pool. Outdoor space with giant chess and tables with lounge chairs. Beautiful and pleasant. Fairly large room. Young and friendly staff. Large and well-organized free parking. Only negative notes: third bed was a cot that was really difficult (fortunately it was for one night). Bathroom/container not pleasant, while showering it felt like I was really running out of air.

A huge thank you to Elsa at the ibis for her help, her kindness, and especially her incredible dedication. She went out of her way to help us and did her absolute best to save our vacation. A truly exceptional person, attentive, efficient, and with a great sense of service. Thanks to her, we were able to smile again in a situation that seemed very complicated. Elsa, thanks again for everything! You truly deserve these 5 stars. ❤️
