Hotel with good value for money for the rooms. Decent all-you-can-eat breakfast. Avoid the restaurant where the prices are excessive for mediocre quality (frozen). Nothing seems to be homemade..

I would describe this as a simple, unpretentious budget hotel away from the crowd; just out of town in a quiet spot. On arrival, I was shown to one of the smaller purpose-built rooms/chalets by the pool but my wife and I opted for a slightly larger room in the potentially fabulous main house. Although this is a small, possibly unsophisticated establishment, all they need to do is add a few antiques, a little finesse, improved housekeeping, and you have an excellent boutique hotel. On the other-hand, you couldn’t ask for a better welcome. Big shout out to Clemente and Romeo. (However, expect local drinkers laughing and enjoying themselves late into the evening. So I suggest you avoid the rooms overlooking the bar if you’re a light sleeper.) Best regards Mr Ken Hospitality and Restaurant Critic

Beautiful establishment with charm "outdated" where we spent two superb nights! The staff is young and extremely kind. The rooms are decent, the quality of the breakfast more than justifies its price. Very nice swimming pool at the back of the hotel quiet.
