A hotel that claims to be 4 stars must offer services that live up to that. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case. Upon our arrival, we were struck by the lack of cleanliness: poorly maintained room, neglected common areas, stained carpet... So many details that give a very bad first impression and are unworthy of an establishment in this category. On Saturday morning, my partner went to report the presence of dust bunnies in our room to the front desk, thinking that the problem would be resolved when the housekeeper came by. Upon our return, we had the unpleasant surprise of finding that the dust bunnies were still there. Only the bed had been made. Even more surprising, the bathroom door had clearly not even been opened: the bath mat had remained in exactly the same spot, still wet, and the towels had not been replaced. After reporting the problem, we expected at the very least a complete cleaning of the room. The service was no more convincing. At the bar, we had to sit at a table that had not even been cleared or cleaned. Finally, while a musical evening was being organized, we were refused entry without a drink purchase. A policy that is neither commercial nor welcoming, which perfectly reflects the state of mind encountered during our stay. Beyond each incident taken separately, it is their accumulation that leaves a bitter taste. At this price level, one expects an impeccable establishment, or at the very least one concerned with the satisfaction of its customers. Here, the value for money is clearly poor. We are leaving with the feeling of having paid the rate of a 4-star hotel for services that are very far from it. A very disappointing experience that we do not recommend.

Hello, overall I remain disappointed. I came for my wedding anniversary. I was celebrating our 15th anniversary with my wife and your establishment was recommended to me. I did not book online; I called and spoke to someone. This person offered me additional services in connection with our anniversary. I opted for the rose petals on the bed. I never found them, I mentioned it at the front desk, everyone was sorry but there you go, the damage was done. Do not offer services if you are not able to provide them. For a 4-star hotel, it is very unfortunate. Furthermore, it is clear that the receptionists have only been there a short time; they do not know the establishment. We were confirmed that we would see the July 14th fireworks from this spot, whereas in the end, during the garden party, we were told the opposite. We were disappointed again. Finally, one of your servers at the bar, who was otherwise very friendly, told us about a giant screen for the broadcast of the France/Spain semi-final. We reserved 8 spots for the garden party for the modest sum of €470... The screen was a simple TV screen; I mentioned it again, but once more I was told that there wasn't a bigger one. It is a good thing my wife heard "giant screen" just like I did; otherwise, I would have come across as someone acting in bad faith. So neither a giant screen nor fireworks. Furthermore, when we arrived, we were told that the garden was on level 1. Fortunately, one of his colleagues caught up with us to point us to the right place. All of this shows a lack of knowledge of the establishment. Clearly, my experience remains very mixed.
