We frequented this rooftop very regularly for the past two or three years, whether during the week for an evening drink or on the weekend to enjoy the beautiful view of our lovely city. It had become our essential meeting point, for us and our friends who came to discover Marseille. Unfortunately, the recent change in management and team in 2026 has completely shattered the magic of the place. Previously, Alexandre and his waitresses knew how to create a particularly pleasant, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. We felt good and valued there. Today, the new team seeks no connection with the customers: the welcome is cold, impersonal, and one has the clear impression of being just there to collect and make numbers, all with service reduced to the bare minimum. The setting remains beautiful, but the heart is no longer there. What a shame for such a beautiful place. We will not return with this team.

This is a good hotel and in an amazing location. The front-desk staff were all excellent. From looking at the prices of other nearby hotels, I couldn’t believe the central location of this hotel right by the Vieux Port. The rooms are fine too.
