PULLMAN MARSEILLE PROVENCE AIR

Incredible outdoor pool and really nice restaurant. Rooms pretty basic but clean, good shower, but the pool and restaurant were great.

Reservation charged twice at checkout. Following my call, the hotel asked me to file a claim by email to customer service. I would have appreciated it if they had taken care of it. After sending that email, the refund did take place, but without the slightest response from that department. Since the reservation was cancellable and I found a better rate, I decided to cancel it. The app indicates that the cancellation was successfully completed. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that both reservations were active and that I needed to contact customer service!! So much for professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Prison Small, cheap rooms Lousy dirty hallways Lied to us about access from airport we walked traffic with children to get there Surprisingly good breakfast
