A superb stay spent at this hotel! All the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the premises are clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is well located and my room was nice and modern. However a few things dampened the experience. Firstly, the breakfast is very average. One morning I arrived for breakfast at 7am, the time which it is meant to start, to find none of the crockery/toasters etc had been laid out, and when I told staff at reception, the lady who prepares the room for breakfast was sat there chatting and ran upstairs to get it ready. On another morning, I arrived for breakfast and a staff member apologised to me saying it was not ready and I would have to wait twenty minutes. The amount of food available at breakfast varied from day to day. Another thing to note is there are lots of mosquitos in Marseille. After my first night at the hotel, I woke to find lots of mosquitos buzzing around my room and I’d been bitten. When I asked staff if my room could be sprayed or a plug-in insecticide fixed in the room, they said they had nothing and I had to run out to the supermarket myself to get some. I think the hotel should at least have mosquito spray readily available for guests which could even be sprayed by the cleaner after the rooms are cleaned each morning. Lastly, when I checked out the staff at reception did not ask me how I found my stay, which I don’t think was professional and I was unimpressed overall by the customer service at this hotel.
