Very very basic, otherwise friendly staff. It's not a three star. It's true that this hotel deserves a very, very big refresh, both interior and exterior. Housekeeping also needs to be a little more careful. But hey considering the price it's okay.

After making the request by email to make sure I knew if there was an elevator because my mother can no longer take the stairs, we arrived and found a poster saying that it was not working. Commissioning would be done after our departure! The receptionist took us down the back stairs and my mother fell. Thank goodness nothing broken or serious, which could have been the case. I would have just appreciated receiving an email or a call alerting me to this non-function. I think it was doable. We were therefore redirected to another hotel and received a refund. Unforeseen events are part of life, but not notifying the client with a specific request like this, I don't understand. Maybe I'm naive. If you are in a wheelchair or have a disability that prevents you from taking stairs, avoid this place which seemed like a lovely place. It's unfortunate to say.
