Just perfect! And a view of the beach and the sea that is just magnificent (we were on the 5th floor)

Magnificent experience, hotel with charm and impeccable service, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, exceptional weekend!!!!

Something right out of a Roald Dahl novel or a horror movie. Mr. Francois from reception was very nice. Other staff were generally good as well. Rooms were almost dilapidated however. Bathroom was borderline archaic and looks like it was from half a century ago. Lots of furniture in the room needs to be replaced. Soundproof was awful. Concierge recommended me to a not so great restaurant for dinner but made up by recommending me a good quiet beach and a restaurant near it the next day. My advice is to eat in neighboring towns instead of Deauville for good food. When I came back at 4pm my room wasn’t even cleaned despite me hanging “please clean room” on door handle. It was clear that my room has been entered into since they delivered my dry cleaning and cleared the in room dining tray but did not even bother to clean the room or even close the windows. But they quickly made up for it. Overall I found the hotel quite expensive.
