A very warm welcome, accommodating staff. Unfortunately, a residence that has lacked investment and has become a relic of the past. Nice pool area, however, and well-located for easy access to La Rochelle.

Mixed stay. The residence's location is ideal for visiting La Rochelle and the surrounding area, which allows us to fully enjoy our vacation. On the other hand, several points deserve to be improved. Upon our arrival, we found a dirty duvet, spider webs, and we noticed the presence of cockroaches in the accommodation. Cleanliness was therefore not at the expected level. The outdoor terrace would also deserve a good deep cleaning, just like the curtains. We would have also appreciated it if a basin had been made available to be able to wash a few clothes by hand, which would be practical for vacationers staying for several days. The Wi-Fi is a real disaster: very slow and often unusable. Finally, the pool closes at 7 p.m. In the middle of the summer season, closing at 9 p.m. would, in our opinion, be more appropriate, since it is still light out and vacationers could enjoy it more. In summary, the stay remains pleasant thanks to its location, but a real effort regarding cleanliness, maintenance of the accommodations, and the quality of the Wi-Fi would significantly improve the experience.

This residence needs to be taken in hand!! Between accommodations that need refreshing and improving, common areas that need cleaning, and equipment that needs repairing, the rate charged is far from being in line with the expected service...
