Hotel on a human scale. Very good value for money. Large room. If you want the one with the large windows like in the description, ask for room 10. Garden-side rooms on the 1st floor from 10 to 14. Separate toilet. Shower room with double vanity. Bathrobe. Kettle. Bedding a bit soft. Breakfast was top-notch.

Beautiful building, well renovated, in a quiet area. Near La Rochelle. Beautiful room, well appointed. Good value for money.

The pros: - beautiful facade and well-laid-out parking lot. - friendly welcome - possibility of having dinner in the room. - refrigerator and coffee maker. - A/C in the rooms. The cons: - worn hallways with stains. - black marks on the bottom of the doors certainly due to the housekeeping cart....and not cleaned. - dust in the corners of the room. - view of the trash cans. - no maintenance of the grounds. - minimalist breakfast. - limited front desk hours for a hotel. - overall maintenance that leaves something to be desired and is unprofessional.
