great hotel…great location…one night stay..walked to very quaint village for dinner…lobby bar very friendly and fun…20.00 uber to CDG…also parking on site…would highly recommend for a stay near airport

The cleanliness of the room, and especially the bathroom left something to be desired. The second day, the cleaning service did not come and I realized it when I came home late. At the reception, no excuse or solution, I asked for towels. Dinner was of poorer quality, perhaps due to a change of chef or direction. Finally, the fire alarm went off around 1:00 a.m. for long minutes, without any reaction or apology from the hotel. This alarm was particularly violent and even caused me tinnitus and a migraine. Only positive: Amivi and Hasna, at the evening service, very smiling and adorable who made the meal more pleasant despite the context.

My experience with Aiden was exceptional. To give some context: I was stranded in Paris unexpectedly for 2 days. I booked the first night at another 4 star hotel and second night at Aiden. The other 4 star hotel is a bit closer (6 mins, compared to 10 mins for Aiden) to the CDG airport and charges a bit higher than Aiden. The other hotel has Google reviews higher than Aiden as well. However, my stay at Aiden is far more pleasant than the other one. If without comparison, I probably wouldn't realize how good Aiden is to the point that I would take the time to come write a review. But with comparison: the other higher rating 4 star hotel room is much smaller, but priced higher, no complimentary water, no coffee maker or water boiler, the outlet in the room was broken and I called reception twice but still nobody came. On the other hand, Aiden had everything I needed: nothing broken, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and spacious, had complimentary bottled water, nice pod coffee maker with cream, their staff even offered a cart for me when they saw I had a lot of luggages. Therefore, if you're looking for a affordable 4 star hotel near CDG airport, I highly recommend Aiden!
