Coming to spend a mother-daughter weekend, thank you for the location of our studios face to face on the same landing and close to the pool. The gym doesn't open until 9:00.... too bad. The sauna and steam room very good, clean and comfortable. The studios deserve a young shot, curtains stained by infiltrations at the window, in the bathroom a mixer would be wise to avoid being scalded or frozen. The pool would need a great cleaning and a new paint, the pictures sold dream. In short a good cleanup and it would be perfect. Good luck, then. Pros: The bedding is good quality.

When you arrive, it feels like the site is abandoned. The vast garden inside the estate is horrible. The swimming pool and sauna seriously outdated. The apartments are pretty much decent but you get in with the white mud collected in the car park left abandoned and insufficient spaces. Important work to be planned.

Beautiful residence located in St Martin, one can easily reach the port on foot. Small parking compared to the number of residences. Functional studio, well equipped. Semi-covered and heated swimming pool, pleasant for the month of April. Bicycle rental on site which is convenient.
