Hotel de la Colombiere

Only positive is the location. Small room, no coat rack, clogged sink, ☹1 dead bulb in bathroom not changed, ☹no air conditioning, no tooth glass, worst: bed not made 😡 folded sheets placed ON the bed.. manage to make it. Very loud. You hear everything. Awakened at 5 o'clock by the noises of the people nearby!!! to advise against considering the above ☹☹

Unhealthy hotel, no sound insulation. Welcoming as at the bled. Microscopic bathroom, do not measure more than 1.70m to enter the shower. To top it all off, no hot water, so start unexpectedly without spending the night! Run away from this hotel!

We were refused on arrival as soon as they saw that we had German dogs (big dogs), because they were afraid of it. They didn't want us to let them into the room, only accepting small dogs. The reception was icy, the staff very cold, and it was difficult to understand them. We were only there for one night, as part of a dog show – a situation to which our dogs are perfectly accustomed. They know how to stay calm in hotels, without disturbing. Despite this, the staff did not want to hear anything. I strongly recommend this hotel. I called three days later because no refund request had been made, despite the agreement reached on the spot. I was then told that as I had left a negative review, they would not refund me, and then I was hung up. Since then, they haven't answered their phones. I am now in procedure with Booking.
