Good evening, I booked the room 3 weeks in advance for 3 nights. Upon arrival at the hotel, they informed me that I have 1 night at the hotel and for the other 2 nights, they booked me at the appart-city. Really terrible, if I wanted to go to the Appart City, I wouldn't have booked here... really terrible. Avoid at all costs

A room booked on September 2nd for October 20th... but cancelled by management on October 5th without further consideration. Reason given: work to start... the next day, October 21st! And no solution proposed...not serious!

I am extremely disappointed by my stay at Pension Villa Boucicaut. When I arrived at 2am, I discovered that the room next to my room was totally flooded, and the water seeped into my room. All night I was disturbed by the staff trying to mop up the water, and I had to wipe the water in my room myself with towels, which is unacceptable for an Inn of this standing. The next morning, the situation worsened when the receptionist refused me access to the breakfast I had booked. His behaviour was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional, going so far as to criticise me for not filling out the information sheet correctly. Lack of consideration and respect for clients is simply unacceptable. With so many hotels available in the area, I chose this property thinking I would find comfort and professionalism. I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the way I have been treated. I would definitely not recommend this Pension.
