MINOTEL DES DUCS

Really experience that exceeded our expectations! The quality of the Accommodation and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was really lovely. Will definitely return.

A very disappointing experience. When booking, you are not warned at all that the room is not located in the hotel itself. Upon arrival, it was impossible to park, even though parking was indicated as available. The reception staff was particularly curt; they simply informed you in a cold tone that you would not be staying here, but in another location. You end up in accommodation without an elevator, information that was also not mentioned in the listing. You get the impression that you booked a hotel, but you end up staying in an apartment or an Airbnb located two streets away. A truly very unpleasant surprise. A very disappointing experience. When booking, you are not informed at all that the room is not actually inside the hotel. Upon arrival, it is impossible to park your car, despite the listing stating that parking is available. The reception staff greeted us rather dryly, bluntly informing us that this is not where we would be staying and that we had to go somewhere else. You end up in a place without an elevator, which was also not disclosed in the listing. You think you are booking a hotel room, but you are actually put in a flat or an Airbnb two blocks away. A truly very unpleasant surprise.

Very beautiful establishment very well located right in the city center. The welcome, the decor, the cleanliness, everything is there.
