Du Chapeau-Rouge

Very well located in the center of old Dijon, the Chapeau Rouge is a classy establishment. Housed in an old house, its interior layout is sometimes a bit quirky, but you can find your way around easily thanks to clear signage that leads to the rooms. Ours was an initial room that was a bit small but clean, quiet, and comfortable, with, above all, quality bedding and a very well-equipped bathroom. The welcome and service are flawless, and the breakfast, which is mostly homemade and served at the table, is delicious. The hotel's central location and the narrowness of Rue Pasteur can make parking problematic if you do not use the valet service, which is paid, but oh well..... All in all, the Chapeau Rouge is a great Dijon address.

We had a wonderful stay at Chapeau Rouge. The accommodations were excellent - I particularly enjoyed the jetted tub in our room! The staff was extremely gracious and helpful and spoke perfect English. The location is perfect - with an easy walk to dining shopping and sightseeing. My only complaint is the we couldn't stay longer!

Perfect location good breakfast and parking and to top it up English speaking young man from Bedfordshire .Totally recommend
