We had a wonderful stay at the Plaza Madeleine and, quite honestly, it is the kind of hotel that one recommends with eyes closed. The establishment is magnificent, ideally located in the heart of Sarlat. Everything is impeccably clean, both the common areas and the rooms, which are comfortable, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The pool and the spa are a real joy, the breakfast as well as the dining are of high quality, with fresh products and attentive service. But what deserves the five stars all on its own is the entire staff. It is rare today to meet a team so professional, responsive, available, and, above all, so warm. Without a single exception, everyone we encountered welcomed us with a sincere smile, natural kindness, and constant attention. Every request is handled efficiently, always in good spirits. You can feel a real pleasure in receiving guests, a desire to please and to make the stay perfect. This human quality makes all the difference and gives a true soul to this establishment. A huge thank you and a big bravo to the whole team. You can be proud of your professionalism and your kindness.

Very nice place, we recommend it! The service is impeccable. All the staff are friendly with a special mention for the bar manager who always knew how to satisfy us. The rooms are pleasant and the pool and spa are a plus. The breakfast is perfect and the staff is lovely. We will be back!

Great, the staff is lovely, everything is of high quality, the location in Sarlat is very good, and the spa, pool, sauna, etc. is a real plus. The bar is nice too, the cocktails are high quality, and the appetizer platters are as well. We will gladly return.
