Certainly not 4-star! Booked a night to celebrate 60th Birthday. Hugely disappointed! Disgusting dirty toilet bowl, broken toilet lid. Broken and dirty sink, no tissues, only 1 bath towel. No top sheet on bed only duvet cover plus holes in the bottom sheet! No bottled water provided, no milk for tea or coffee. Badly stained carpet outside room. Glass wall in lift broken. Really second rate experience. Terrible waste of money for the room provided. Find another hotel in Sarlat because the town is lovely. Hotel NOT!!
