Ibis Montbeliard

I stayed only 1 night in the hotel. My experience was not good at all. I already had e negative feeling when waling towards my room. The carpet in the corridor was covered with stains. One electricity ourlet was simply hanging out of the wall. My looked like dated dorm from a youth hostel, The door from the bathroom was damaged. I had no hot water in the shower (!). There was mold against the ceiling above the bed. Sorry but the cleaning staff and management must know how this room looks like. I think this hotel is completely dated. My recommendation : Avoid.

I arrived carefree, had booked for about 75 euros room, breakfast and dinner. The reception wanted over 80 euros. An argument erupted, in which the host acted aggressively. He didn't want to see my evidence. I then got the bad room 168 . It was a twin bed room with two narrow single beds. Booked I had a double bed. Another room was reportedly unavailable. At Booking, however, there were still 8 double rooms and no pressing clues. The beds were the most uncomfortable I ever had in an ibis. The hotel has many stairs and no elevator. The air conditioning worked. The room was quiet, since the most remote. Breakfast was amazingly busy. At a quarter to nine, the hot dishes ran out. For bread we had hard baguette. The croissants must have been in the oven too long. Dinner for 14.50 euros was cheap, but you probably shouldn't take it. Directly in the neighborhood there is a Greet Hotel and an Ibis budget. Prices fluctuate amazingly. The shabby ibis is not always the cheapest.

I advise you not to eat at this restaurant. I booked through this Fork and it was my disappointment to see that the menu is minimal and with very little choice compared to that indicated on this Fork, misleading advertising in order to attract customers. Moreover, after indicating all the errors on the menu and following a dish that did not correspond to what I ordered, he told me not to want to know anything and offered not to charge me my meal since he could not rectify the error since the sauce was no longer available and the onions also confit... But just after telling me to leave since he was not charging me for my meal he asked me to pay the full bill while I did not receive my burger and the person who was not accompanying me did not also receive his dessert which was not available anymore he sent the waitress to follow me to the street to pay everything while calling the police to scare me. This kind of behavior is inadmissible, the meal was 16.50 the menu for my friend, for me 10 € the starter and 17.50 my burger and I paid 78 € while I did not eat my burger and my friend did not receive his dessert so I paid 2 € less and did not eat my burger and did not receive dessert for my friend and got harassed and thrown like a slut for saying what I thought
