Not worthy of an ibis style, but rather at the level of an ibis budget! Aging and noisy hotel, air conditioning that doesn't work Elevator out of order - only one elevator serving the 5 floors, be prepared to wait during peak hours! Really average breakfast! It's much better and more varied in an Ibis

I decided to leave my review because what happened to my friends at this hotel was very embarrassing. First, my two friends asked something to the receptionist and he told them to "ask it in French, because you are in France and you have to speak French, not English". They were very shy and had to ask another friend to translate their question to French so the receptionist could reply them. After, they got stuck in the elevator for OVER ONE HOUR AND A HALF. The assistance was poor and very slow, and after all the stress, the same receptionist (the guy who refused to speak in English) asked them, in english: "are you ok?" The customer service was really bad in general. Staffs speak between them and laugh very loud, in a very unprofessional way. Just horrible. I really hope our groupe don't have to stay there anymore.
