Amiraute Hotel

Very disappointed with our stay at the Amirauté Hôtel Deauville. Upon our arrival, our room was supposed to be ready at 5:00 PM, but we had to wait until 6:30 PM to get it. When we arrived in the room, the housekeeper had just left it. The next evening, a power outage at 11:00 PM. No one at the front desk to explain the situation to us or inform us of the duration of the outage. The next morning, still no electricity. At breakfast, almost nothing to eat: sliced bread, madeleines, and vacuum-packed cheese. We went back up to take a shower before leaving, but without electricity, there was no hot water either. Fortunately, pastries were finally delivered just as we were leaving. We understand that the power outage, due to someone hitting an utility pole, is not directly the hotel's responsibility. However, the management of the situation and the total lack of communication are. No commercial gesture, no solution, simply "it's not our fault." Added to this are very uncomfortable bedding, two single beds pushed together to make a double bed, a very high step to access the bathtub with a risk of falling, and wait times that are much too long at the front desk. In short, a huge lack of organization and consideration for the guests. For us, this establishment is very far from the level expected for a 3-star hotel. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel and we will not return.

Catastrophic, no staff in the middle of August, restaurant dining room not air-conditioned, no one at the bar Dirty pool area with plastic carpeting, a horror Avoid at all costs

Room with signs of water damage, drawer not cleaned, open drink in the fridge. Mediocre toilet, mediocre restaurant service, menu not up to the standard of the service, staff not qualified for a 3-star hotel, romantic getaway not even worth it, it has become a family vacation club. Photo not even updated. Closer to bankruptcy
