Remarkable welcome worthy of Relais & Châteaux, establishment spotless from the hallways to the restrooms. A magnificent suite facing the sea. A very pleasant indoor pool and the highlight of the stay will remain the Michelin-starred restaurant where we had an incredible sensory experience. Thank you to all the teams for this memorable stay.

When we arrived we asked to book dinner and were told all the hotel restaurants are closed on Mondays! In a hotel! We were then woken at 0740 by a fire alarm going off the next morning for over 5 minutes. We were eventually told we didn’t have to evacuate. It was reset and then went off again for several minutes more. When we checked out we were asked if we enjoyed out stay. When we said about the restaurants being closed and being woken by the fire alarm nothing was said, just oh well attitude. I don’t know why this hotel gets such high ratings it’s mediocre at best and doesn’t care enough about its guests to want to feed them. By the way the Monday room was no cheaper despite this and was €422, in short an expensive over rated disappointment.

Impeccable hotel, spacious and well-laid-out rooms. Wonderful sea view. The staff is attentive and very welcoming. The negative point that partially ruined our vacation is the fact that the hotel allows smoking on the room terraces. People were smoking on the terraces to the left, to the right, and below; as a result, it was not possible for us to stay on the terrace and we had to close the French window because the smoke stank up our room. Very unfortunate; we will no longer go to this otherwise magnificent hotel.
