One star because you can't give zero. Two-night stay at this hotel, which is nevertheless advertised as 3 stars. The condition of the room is simply mind-boggling considering the price asked. The photos speak for themselves: significant traces of damp/mold on the shower ceiling, towel warmer in an incredibly dirty state, dirty, stained, and damaged walls and baseboards, peeling paint, and obviously very insufficient general maintenance. The grand finale? This morning, I was woken up in my bed by a large insect that was crawling on me. I am also attaching its photo. Charming wake-up call in a 3-star hotel… I am obviously not asking for luxury, but when you pay for a hotel room, you have the right to expect a minimum: a clean, maintained room where you can sleep in decent conditions. What shocks me the most is not even a small imperfection or a one-time cleaning oversight. When you look in particular at the condition of the towel warmer, the walls, and the shower ceiling, you clearly get the impression of a lack of maintenance that didn't just start yesterday. I have rarely seen a hotel room in such a state. And even less so in an establishment with a 3-star rating. Very bad experience. Incomprehensible value for money. I will obviously not be coming back. I am intentionally letting the photos accompany this review: everyone will be able to form their own opinion on the level of cleanliness and maintenance of the room that was assigned to us.
