Rooms, impeccable, very well decorated, really quiet despite the proximity of the highway. (Ours (number 33) faced the back of the hotel with a view of a large wooded park. Restaurant with very varied, excellent, and well-presented dishes. The only small issue is the access, because in fact, it is located on a new road that GPS systems do not know, and furthermore, 2km out of Caissargues (on the road to Garons).... Thank you for these 3 days, we will return without a problem to this hotel during a future trip near Nîmes. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Hotel highlights Great value Visited in August

The hotel manager speaks extremely poorly to the clientele. She does not greet the guests; when you run into her in the hotel, she is neither smiling nor courteous. Behavioral training regarding customer service is more than necessary. (The fact that she is a hotel manager perhaps gives her the impression that she is above the common people 🤓) On the other hand, her husband Christophe as well as Aïcha the bartender are 10/10 in terms of the kindness and friendliness they exude.

The establishment is very well located, quiet with a large parking lot 🅿️. The owners are pleasant and friendly and strive to improve their business, which they have just taken over. The terrace attached to the pool is particularly pleasant. I recommend this hotel / restaurant
