Hotel billed me for parking and I also was billed by INDIGO for the same duration. Even though hotel staff promised me several times that I would be reimbursed for double charging and asked for my RIB , it seems like the owners of the hotel are refusing to refund. Disgraceful

Well-located hotel, close to the Arenas, clean and with a warm welcome. Very decent breakfast. Minor downside: the establishment could use a refresh (paint and wallpaper).

Deteriorated hotel, room with a window facing five air conditioning units. Bathroom with a sink held up by a PVC pipe. Worn seals, hanging curtain, plumbing from another era. No possibility to change rooms; the only offer was, "We will refund you, you find another room elsewhere, and this at 8:30 PM upon my arrival!" No commercial gesture.
