Residence Nemea Les Rives de Saint Brice

Do you enjoy walks in the fresh air, the combination of the sea, sand, and vegetation? Do you add a functional rental to relax and enjoy the terrace? Then this is where you should go, and you won't want to leave. The month of June is ideal for the perfect outdoor temperature and the tranquility to relax. So go for it, you won't be disappointed!

We had booked an "arcachonnais" apartment that seemed better equipped than the "fisherman's cabins" apartments. We had to leave before the end due to the heatwave: the apartments are not insulated at all, no air conditioning. There are no shutters on the windows; some have lined curtains, but in the master bedroom located to the east, the curtains were not lined, resulting in an early wake-up in stifling heat! For an apartment for 6 people, there is only a tiny tabletop refrigerator without a freezer, which is not sufficient. We could enjoy the pool, but the children's pool was not available (polluted water). They charge us the tourist tax upon arrival, but when we leave early like we did, they do not want to refund the overpayment. We did not have all the TNT channels on the TV (not channel 3). We were therefore disappointed with our stay.

Superb vacation residence, houses well spaced to avoid disturbance from neighbors. In the heart of nature: squirrels, rabbits.... Attentive staff, pools, and the option to eat on-site or even order a rotisserie chicken on-site. Very quiet, super pleasant vacation. I highly recommend it.
