Villa Regina

Villa Regina is very well located: in the quiet Winter Town neighborhood, a stone's throw from the pleasant Mauresque Park with elevator access to the Arcachon city center. The studio is very well equipped; the parking and bike storage are appreciated.

Location wonderful. But the hotel is poorly maintained. Cleaning was poor, when arrived we found dirt in the room and asked for cleaning. They came to do it but was disappointing.

Residence with a lot of charm located near the Mauresque park and a 10-15 minute walk from the center and the beaches. The exterior and interior maintenance leaves something to be desired (park very poorly maintained, hallway carpets worn and dirty...) Linens are replaced sparingly (no towel changes offered over more than 9 days) But the downside of the stay is the lack of air conditioning, which makes the stay very unpleasant in case of high heat (no shutters either; more than 32 degrees on average in the accommodation). The pool's opening hours are not adapted to a heatwave either.
