We returned to the VVF in Lège Cap Ferret just after it reopened following the fires. Welcome and service were still top-notch; it was much quieter than usual for an August, but it wasn't unpleasant to be able to enjoy the pool with fewer people! It was hot again during our stay; instead of installing air conditioning, perhaps you should look into installing ceiling fans, as that would help with enduring some of the heatwave nights. But it is certain that it represents an investment. Special mention to the kids' club activity leaders who are always top-notch!

A big thank you for the quality of the services offered, the pool, the accommodation equipment, etc. All our encouragement for the recovery following the fires; we left the accommodation in a hurry, we thought about it a lot afterwards, thank you VVF for finding us another place to stay! I came to this VVF from July 11 to July 18, 2026, as part of a partnership with the UFCV because my daughter has a disability. After setting up an inclusive schedule with the UFCV activity leaders, we opposed the veto of the director, Mr. Bonnaventure, who did not want the young people to be integrated, even for short periods, into the teen club. We were disappointed and frustrated; this is not what the UFCV had proposed to us (no clarification from the UFCV that our children cannot be included in the kids' clubs because they are adults; the other mother can also attest to this). I therefore strongly advise against this club for families with young disabled adults. I miss the quality of the welcome at the Club Med kids' club when my daughter was little; we are far from that now! My budget unfortunately no longer allows me to go there. Regarding the friendliness of the staff, it is very inconsistent: the welcome on the first day was deplorable; a young woman advised me against a closed parking lot that was actually closer to my chalet, supposedly because it was difficult to find. Then, once the car was parked in that lot, it was very difficult to find the chalet on foot in this pine forest with very little signage and maintenance. I am not the only one who shares this opinion; I spoke about it during the week with other people who agreed. I discovered a chalet in very average cleanliness with spiderwebs and a sofa bed that did not open and, above all, did not close easily, so we left it open all week. It is very hot in these chalets; don't forget your fan; I spent the first three nights in horrible heat conditions. The pool is far too small for the number of residents. Watch out for children jumping on you or screaming at you constantly! A "zen" pool would be a plus when you have to take care of a child with a disability on a daily basis. It is difficult for the average person to understand, but if you come on vacation with your child being taken care of, it is to rest and enjoy a calm that you do not have the rest of the time. The shows are very average. Regarding the catering, it is of good quality, the servers are pleasant. The quiet is also appreciable at night. I was also very disappointed by the discussion with the director who literally left in the middle of the conversation, while my daughter and I were in tears. What a lack of listening! Is this UFCV / VVF partnership just for show? We were victims of discrimination, and I still cry about it today when I talk about it around me. I do not wish you any difficulty such as the one I am experiencing, Mr. Director! You are not acting for inclusion, and you continue to point the finger at the "problems" caused by people with disabilities and their parents, who are obviously responsible for all their actions. So stop this partnership that is not in line with your ideas!! What hypocrisy. I will not come back to your place!
