Booked via my travel agent in Australia for4 nights. Location good as literally straight across the exit of station to Hotel. Room 502 small..tight. Lifts which is good. Room inclusions? No mini bar fridge..no tissues..no hooks in ensuit to hang toiletry bag. No tray in shower to put razor or whatever..no bottle of water..no tour booking when enquired of.no in room tea n coffee making .. soundproof room ? A big zero as in room 501 . + points. Location. Different eateries close by.. understanding staff re my lost case and how eventual delivery. A Spa Supermarket very close and easy wLK.

Our floor and room (210) had a very bad smell. We woke up in the night to find many cockroaches in the room. We now have to worry about bringing the cockroaches home. The hotel is not concerned by the infestation. Avoid this hotel.

Ideally located for travelers at Bordeaux station, just opposite, 1 minute walk. Pleasant staff and who does their best to improve our stay. Basic but clean room, quiet, good quality bedding. Diversified breakfast. Thanks to the team
