We recently enjoyed a truly rejuvenating stay at the Cabot Bordeaux - MGallery Collection, and it exceeded our expectations. The setting is simply ethereal; nestled in a peaceful clearing in the heart of the forest, the hotel feels like a world away from everything. The beautiful facility itself is modern and stylish, yet perfectly integrated into the serene natural landscape. It’s a haven of tranquility, framed by two stunning golf courses, which made for a wonderfully quiet and private atmosphere . The views of the greens from the property are just spectacular.
The service was a highlight of our visit; the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating from the moment we arrived . We loved the beautiful indoor pool, a perfect spot for a relaxing swim, and every corner of the hotel is meticulously maintained. The breakfast each morning was a delicious treat, offering a fantastic selection of hot and cold options that set us up perfectly for the day . The quality of the food and the wonderful service from the team made each meal a pleasure.
Beyond the hotel's peaceful grounds, the location is ideal for exploring the region. It is incredibly close to the prestigious vineyards and chateaux of the Médoc wine route, making it a perfect base for wine tasting . Whether you're a golfer or simply looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch amenities and service, this hotel is a gem. We can’t wait to return!

We came for the wine, but we left absolutely blown away by the whole package at Cabot Bordeaux. This place is much more than a tasting stop – it's a world-class destination that combines incredible food, championship golf, and genuine French hospitality.
The Food: Let's start with the dining – it was exceptional. The restaurant serves beautifully plated, high-quality cuisine with a menu that changes daily. We had lunch and dinner on the terrace, and every dish was thoughtfully prepared, using fresh local ingredients that paired perfectly with the estate's outstanding wine selection. The setting overlooking the fairways made every meal feel special. (Note: if you're vegetarian, it's worth checking the menu in advance, as options can be limited.)
The Golf: If you're a golfer, this is heaven. The resort boasts two award-winning 18-hole courses, Les Châteaux and Les Vignes, both in immaculate condition. They are challenging yet fair, with stunning fairways and a beautiful pine-and-heather setting. We played a round and the experience was top-notch – the staff were friendly, and the whole setup is incredibly well-run.
The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with rooms overlooking the courses. The staff throughout – from reception to the restaurant to the golf team – were warm, professional, and made us feel so welcome.
Overall: Cabot Bordeaux is a gem. It's the perfect base for exploring the Médoc wineries, but honestly, you might not want to leave the resort. Whether you're a golfer, a foodie, or just looking for a luxurious escape, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will absolutely be back.

A place where we would have liked to stay longer. The golf course is amazing, and the restaurant is very friendly. We will return.
