Grand Hotel de Bordeaux and Spa

Family stay in Bordeaux. The hotel welcomed our young grandkids with slippers, teddy bears, and bathrobes, they were soooo excited! The rooms here are large and classically decorated. The rooftop bar made for a couple of great evenings, and the breakfast options were outstanding. Service was friendly and professional, a big shout out to the concierge team for assisting us with Tuxedo returns post wedding celebration. Highly recommend this hotel in Bordeaux.

Great location across Opera house and close to shopping. Beautiful rooftop deck and restaurant. Our room did not face the opera house. Our first room was small so get a one bedroom suite. The concierge and service was amazing. Went above and beyond to help retrieve a passport left in another city.

Superb location. Beautiful interior. Our junior suite was well appointed, elegant and comfortable. We thought coming from New Zealand, good value as price included breakfast and 3 course dinner. Very clean and tidy. Bathroom spacious. Noise level moderate. Service good.
